The titled Peace and Friendship and titled Numbered Treaties are Sovereign-to-Sovereign agreements and terms between the Sovereign Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors on miskanahkministik (turtle island) and the Alien Monarch for Great Britain as Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors.

Her Majesty's authorized agents were not party to and had no standing, discretion or authorities to negotiate or dictate what Her Majesty's and the Indigenous Peoples agreements and terms are for the titled Peace and Friendship and titled Numbered Treaties.

No Monarch, kichie-okimow, Head of State or agent has any authorities to negotiate agreements in contravention of the customs and laws they are bound under or that would violate any rights of the People to their land base held in Trust for the exclusive use and benefit of their future generations.

The ideologies of language, customs and laws of the Indigenous Peoples are separate and distinct from the ideologies of language, customs and laws of the Peoples of Great Britain. Because of the differences of ideologies there were many issues that the interpreters were unable to address to either side as there was no words in either language to define them, with respect to the agreements the Indigenous People entered into them under their customs of the pipe ceremonies in that everything said and agreed to was all in honour, no lies, trickery or disseat, whereas the ideologies of negotiations of Her Majesty’s agents included lies, trickery and disseat.

Her Majesty’s agents requested the Heads of the Indigenous People place their mark on paper that they stated and assured them was the written agreements and terms for the titled Peace and Friendship and titled Numbered Treaties they agreed to in the pipe ceremonies.

The ideologies and customs of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik had no common written language; all their agreements were oral and binding by pipe ceremony.

All should agree that the following foisted document is not valid on its face, as there are numerous omissions, deletions and inferences of fraud, in that the Heads of the Indigenous People in violation of their own customs and laws bound the Indigenous Peoples of miskanahkministik under an Alien Monarchs customs, laws and further alleges provisions to give away the Sovereign land base held in Trust for the future generations of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik.
