The Charter question is easily answered by referring to the Heritage Canada website.
http://www.pch.gc.ca/progs/pdp-hrp/canada/guide/application_e.cfm

Any silly suggestion that charter challenges are the way to go seems to be missing the point of section 32.

If the supreme law does nto apply to us then none of the subordinate laws of the debtor corporation apply either.

The Queen is bound by defending the Bible and the levitical preisthood rules.

Read Leviticus 6:2- in the book that is the foundation of law in this land . Any suggestion otherwise is uneducated in history and Jewish tradition of invoking Talmud on the men and women of this land who are not Jewish and who are not in the eyes of Jewish rabbi"s following the laws of God

Read Levitucus Chapter 25 if you really want to see what is happening if you dare see what the Queen is really defending.
Most of ego will not hear the truth when it makes there own efforts seem fruitless and a waste of time.

Arrogance is one of man's most historically venomous enemies, and when fact is refuted with speculation or the laws of men you can be sure corruption is in control.

Creators law is Supreme and always has been no law of man has any authority of creator.

Anyone who encourages others to respect and communicate dead legal entities and false titles is a fraud and deciever who is bent on blowing his own horn to the detriment of others.

Peace on your wicki
