MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT of colin,
Heir and Successor for the assini watchi neiyawak Indigenous People, Signatory by adhesion dated the 18th day of
September 1878 for the Master Agreement with respect to the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms for Titled: Peace
and Friendship - and - Agreements and Terms for Titled: Numbered Treaties.
Know all men by these presents that I/we colin,
Signatory by adhesion to the Master Agreement proclaim the Agreements and Terms for Titled: Peace and Friendship - and - Agreements
and Terms for Titled: Numbered Treaties, made with the assini watchi neiyawak Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are:
Part 1
Definitions
“colin” is a sentient
human being, in any form, Heir and Successor of the Sovereign assini watchi neiyawak on miskanahkministik, Beneficiary as
Signatory by adhesion dated on the 18th day of September 1878, to the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreement and Terms
for Titled: Peace and Friendship, for mutual benefits for Trade and Commerce on miskanahkministik and Agreements and Terms
for Titled: Numbered Treaties of the Master Agreement. BETWEEN: the assini watchi
neiyawak, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik as Beneficiaries of the Trust - and
- Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors as Trustee of the Trust, warranted and insured by Her Majesty’s Officers of
Titled: Canada, under Trust Indenture Certificate No. 00835 dated on the 2nd day of April 1879 as Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee for the Trust, for anyone and all of the assini watchi neiyawak, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future
Generations as Beneficiaries of the Trust for the Master Agreement;
“Her Majesty”
is a sentient human being, in any form Titled: Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith, Heir
and Successor and Signatory as Trustee of the Trust, of the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms of Titled: Peace and
Friendship, for mutual benefits for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous people on miskanahkministik and Agreements and
Terms of Titled: Numbered Treaties of the Master Agreement BETWEEN: Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors as Trustee of the
Trust - and - The Sovereign Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik
as Beneficiaries of the Trust, warranted and insured by Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada, under Trust Indenture
Certificate as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for the Trust for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs
and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik as Beneficiaries of the Trust of the Master Agreement;
“Indigenous People”
is anyone and all of sentient human beings of separate and distinct Sovereign People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled:
Future Generations, in any Titled form or derivative of: CLAN, FAMILY, TRIBE or NATION, with Their own Sovereign land in any
Titled form or derivative of: Territory, Country, Continent;
“assini watchi
neiyawak” is anyone and all of the sentient human beings, of a separate and distinct Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
in any form, and by adhesion dated on the 18th day of September 1878 are party and or Signatory to the Master Agreement
with respect to the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms of Titled: Peace and Friendship, for mutual benefits for Trade
and Commerce on miskanahkministik - and - Agreements and Terms for Titled: Numbered Treaties BETWEEN: The Indigenous People,
Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations as Beneficiaries of the Trust on miskanahkministik as beneficiaries
- and - Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors as Trustee of the Trust, of the Master Agreement; warranted and insured by Her
Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada, under Trust Indenture Certificate #00835 dated on the 2nd day of April
1879 as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for the Trust for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik as Beneficiaries of the Trust of the Master Agreement;
“miskanahkministik”
is the Sovereign land, Titled: Territory, of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations;
Titled in any form or derivative of: NORTH AMERICA;
“Master Agreement”
means the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms of Titled: Peace and Friendship, for mutual benefits for Trade and Commerce
with on miskanahkministik - and - Agreements and Terms for Titled: Numbered Treaties BETWEEN: The Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations as Beneficiaries of the Trust on miskanahkministik - and - Her Majesty, Her Heirs and
Successors as Trustee of the Trust, of the Master Agreement;
“Her Majesty’s
Titled: Officer” means any sentient human being, or in any Titled form, bound by sworn oath of allegiance to a sentient
human being Titled: Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, Her Heirs and Successors, and as Military Personnel or in any Titled
form, For Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity, are to obey and uphold any and all of Her Majesty’s Orders Of Royal
Instruction(s);
“Her Majesty’s
Officer of Titled: Canada” means any one and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officers appointed to act in any titled
form, for and on behalf of Her Majesty in any capacity as Her Majesty’s Officer of Titled: Canada as; Judges, Commissioners,
Justices of the Peace, and Other Necessary Officers (including Diplomatic and Consular Officer(s), and Ministers of Titled:
Canada, as may be lawfully constituted or appointed by Her Majesty. With respect to the Master Agreement: anyone and all of
Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada, in any titled form, are bound under the warranted and insured Trust Indenture
Certificate dated on the 2nd day of April 1879, as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for the Trust for anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik as Beneficiaries
of the Trust of the Master Agreement;
“Her Majesty’s
Subject” means a sentient human being, bound by allegiance to another sentient human being Titled: Her Majesty, to uphold
and/or be protected under subject matter jurisdiction to Her Majesty;
“Person”
means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, a corporate foundation under a trust, an unincorporated association, government
or any agency or political subdivision of government, or other entity and their respective heirs, executors, administrators
and other legal representatives and for greater certainty includes the Developer, all Subsequent Developers, and the Province;
“Canada”
means a person, a entity, a corporate foundation Titled: Canada, under the Trust of the Master Agreement;
“People”
are sentient human beings of a separate and distinct group of Sovereigns in any Titled form or derivative as: Family, Clan,
Tribe or Nation with Their own Sovereign land in any Titled form or derivative as: Territory, Country, Continent.
General Agreements and Terms for Master
Agreement
2.1 The
General Agreements and Terms for Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement is the Sovereign to Sovereign
Agreements and Terms for mutual benefits for Trade and Commerce on miskanahkministik BETWEEN: The Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors - and - Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors. With no inclusions of [alien] subjects of any other Titled:
Monarch, Emperor, Sovereign, Ruler, state, nation, country, territory, realm, dominion, empire, whatsoever.
2.2 The
General Agreements and Terms for Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement is separate from and is not
to affect or be affected by the General Agreements and Terms for Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement.
2.3
With respect to the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms BETWEEN: Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors - and
- the assini watchi neiyawak, Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors by adhesion dated on the 18th day of
September1878, are party and or Signatory to the Master Agreement. The Agreements and Terms for the Titled: Peace and Friendship
is Part 2 of the Master Agreement and are to stand unchanging and last for as long as the sun shines, the rivers flow and
the grass grows on miskanahkministik and are as follows:
2.4
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their rights under Their Customs, Laws, or Standing as Sovereigns to Their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik;
2.5
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their rights and Her Majesty’s Subjects as they are to freely travel down the same river, the Indigenous People in their
canoes, Her Majesty’s Subjects in their boats, and are not to molest, harm or interfere with the other peoples’
customs, laws, or modes of life;
2.6
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their unmolested rights, in the customs, laws or chosen modes of life, of anyone and all of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik;
2.7
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their rights to unmolested benefit of exclusive right of possession or occupation or settlement on anyone or all of the Indigenous
People to Their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik;
2.8
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their unmolested rights to Their property purchased or acquired or in the possession of anyone or all of the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik;
2.9
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions for Her Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to
keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to
Their unmolested rights to by Their choice, shall decide whenever if ever and with whom the Indigenous People will conduct
trade and commerce with on miskanahkministik;
2.10 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold anyone and all of the Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled; Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to Their unmolested rights to by Their
choice, shall decide whenever if ever and with whom the Indigenous People will conduct trade and commerce with on Their Titled:
Territory on miskanahkministik;
2.11 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold anyone and all of the Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to Their unmolested rights to the exclusive
use, benefit and sustenance for anyone and all of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik to any and all wildlife on land,
in the air and of the waters on miskanahkministik;
2.12 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold anyone and all of the Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, to Their unmolested right of freedom
from any forced compliances or forced involvement of anyone and all of the Indigenous people on miskanahkministik of any conflict
or war BETWEEN: Her Majesty -and- any other people;
2.13 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold and are to protect and provide,
more summary and effectual means, for the protection of anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
to Their unmolested possession and enjoyment of the lands and other property, in their use or occupation;
2.14 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold and are to protect and provide,
more summary and effectual means for the protection of anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
to Their unmolested rights to any articles or property in Their possession or control;
2.15 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold and are to protect and provide,
more summary and effectual means, for the protection of anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
to Their unmolested rights from any attempt to obtain, or obtain, any judgment, for any debt, or purported debt, or upon any
bill, note, promise or contract whatsoever;
2.16 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold and are to protect and provide,
more summary and effectual means, for the protection of anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
to Their unmolested rights from pretence of any debt, or purported debt, or upon any bill, note, promise or contract whatsoever,
to levy taxes or assessments upon any lands, articles or property in Their possession or control;
2.17 THAT: Anyone
and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty and for Her Majesty’s
Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal Instructions for Her Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and for Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit
for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik are to ensure and uphold and are to protect and provide,
more summary and effectual means, for the protection of anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
to Their unmolested rights from anyone to settle, trespass on, damage, reside upon or occupy any lands or roads, or allowances
for roads running through any lands belonging to or occupied by anyone or all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any Indigenous People on miskanahkministik;
Part 3 Numbered Treaties
3.1 miskanahkministik is comprised of the
Titled: Territories of the Indigenous People and under customs and laws of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik is held
in trust in perpetuity for the exclusive benefit of anyone and all of the Indigenous People and for anyone and all of Their
Heirs and Successors as the Titled: Future Generations. The Indigenous People of any Titled: Generation, cannot upon any pretense
of agreement or purported agreement affect the exclusive rights and benefits of anyone or all of Their Heirs and Successors
as the Titled: Future Generations of Indigenous People for Their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik.
3.2
The General Agreements and Terms for the Titled: Numbered Treaties, is
Part 3 of the Master Agreement and is separate from and is not to affect or be affected by the Agreements and Terms of Part
2 Titled: Peace and Friendship of the Master Agreement.
3.3 With respect to Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada, in any titled
form, are bound to the Master Agreement as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee to the Signatory colin and anyone and all
of the assini watchi neiyawak Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as beneficiaries to the Trust, warranted
and insured under Trust Indenture Certificate No. 00835 dated on the 2nd day of April 1879 and are to ensure and
uphold the General Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship and the General Agreements and Terms of Part
3 Titled: Numbered Treaties, for the Master Agreement as follows:
3.4 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled
form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People Their Heirs and Successors as Future
Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties
for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure the Agreements and Terms
of Part 2 of the Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement and is separate and is unaffected, whether or not the
Indigenous People accept Her Majesty’s standing offers for the Agreements and Terms for the Titled Numbered Treaties
for Part 3 of the Master Agreement;
3.5 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled
form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People Their Heirs and Successors as Future
Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties
for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure that the Agreements and
Terms of the Titled: Numbered Treaties does not relinquish anyone and or all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors
as Titled: Future Generations, from Their rights under Their customs and laws and or standing as Indigenous People and or
to their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik;
3.6
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary
Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to
the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement.
Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure Her Majesty’s promises, assurances, Agreements
and Terms of the Titled: Numbered Treaties as standing offers made to the Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, who shall by their choice, decide whenever
if ever, to entrust their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik, to Her Majesty;
3.7
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary
Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to
the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement.
Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure the Titled: Territory of the Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations as beneficiaries of the Trust for Their exclusive benefit and use as the
named beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik to stand unchanging and last for as long as the
sun shines, the rivers flow and the grass grows on miskanahkministik;
3.8
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary
Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to
the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement.
Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure any and all development for the Indigenous People
as the named beneficiaries for the Trust, with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as
the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik;
3.9
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary
Trustee for anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to
the Trust on miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement.
Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee must obtain consent of the Indigenous People, named as beneficiaries of the Trust, with
respect to any and all development of Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik;
3.10 THAT:

Fiduciary Trustee must immediately make available upon request of any one or all of the Indigenous People named as beneficiaries
for the Trust, with respect to any and all proceeds from any and all development, secured and held for their exclusive use
and benefit, from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik;
3.12 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure any and all natural resources for the Indigenous People as the named beneficiaries
for the Trust, with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as the beneficiaries for Their
Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik;
3.13 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee must obtain consent of the Indigenous People, named as beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to Their
exclusive use and benefit of any and all natural resources, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of from Their Titled: Trust
Territory, on miskanahkministik;
3.14 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure, any and all proceeds for the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous
People named as beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to any and all natural resources, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed
of from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik;

Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure, any and all wildlife, on land, in the air and of the waters, on miskanahkministik,
for the Indigenous People as the named beneficiaries for the Trust, with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous
People named as the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik;
3.17 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on

Fiduciary Trustee must obtain consent for any and all wildlife, on land, in the air and of the waters that are sold, harvested
or otherwise disposed of, that are held in Trust for the exclusive use and benefit of anyone and all of the Indigenous People
named as the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik;
3.18 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee must ensure, hold and keep secure any and all proceeds for the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous
People named as beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to any and all wildlife, on land, in the air and of the waters, on
miskanahkministik, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of, from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik;
3.19 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee must immediately make available upon request, of any one or all of the Indigenous People, named as beneficiaries
for the Trust, with respect to any and all proceeds from any and all wildlife, on land, in the air and of the waters, on miskanahkministik,
sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of, secured and held for Their exclusive use and benefit, from Their Titled: Trust Territory,
on miskanahkministik;
3.20 THAT:
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) in any Titled form are Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for
anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Future Generations as beneficiaries to the Trust on
miskanahkministik for the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement. Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee to provide equally to any one and all of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, named as beneficiaries
of the Trust and are to receive equally the following:
(a) Five
dollars yearly;
(b) Twine
for nets;
(c) Ammunition;
(d) Medicine
Chest (all medical services to be supplied free of charge, including but not limited to dental care, drug prescriptions, hospital
and medical care, optometrist, etc.);
(e) Provision
for free education;
(f)
Schools;
(g) Aid
and assistance for chosen mode of life, agriculture and livestock;
(h) The
Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, by their choice, whenever if ever, can occupy
or take possession of, any unoccupied lands, as a group and or individually, for their exclusive use and benefit;
(i)
The Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, by their choice, whenever if ever,
can occupy or take possession, of any and all occupied land by agreement of compensation for any and all development made
by the occupier.

Enforcement of Peace and Friendship
4.1
The General Agreements and Terms for Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement is the Sovereign
to Sovereign Agreements and Terms for mutual benefits for Trade and Commerce on miskanahkministik BETWEEN: The Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors - and - Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors. With no inclusions of [alien] subjects of
any other Titled: Monarch, Emperor, Sovereign, Ruler, state, nation, country, territory, realm, dominion, empire, whatsoever.
4.2
Part 4 is the Enforcement for the General Agreements and Terms, for Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship and is part
of the Master Agreement and is separate from and is not to affect or be affected by Part 5 the Enforcement for the General
Agreements and Terms of Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties for the Master Agreement
4.3
With respect to the Agreements and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement, Her Majesty’s
Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, shall give security of insurance and receive
a licence to conduct any Trade and Commerce, on Her Majesty’s behalf, with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik.
Such licence shall be void and security of insurance forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s
Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People,
in all cases upon Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, to
whom the same is granted, shall refuse or neglect to observe Her Majesty’s Agreements and Terms of Titled: Peace and
Friendship for the Master Agreement and such regulations as Her Majesty shall think proper to prescribe. Her Majesty’s
regulations and said licence to be issued and enforced by Her Majesty’s Titled: Officers or in any Titled form appointed
for that purpose.
4.4 With respect to the Sovereign to Sovereign Agreements and Terms BETWEEN: Her Majesty, Her Heirs and
Successors - and - the assini watchi neiyawak, Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors by adhesion dated on the 18th
day of September1878, are party and or Signatory to the Master Agreement. The Agreements and Terms for the Titled: Peace and
Friendship is Part 2 of the Master Agreement and are to stand unchanging and last for as long as the sun shines, the rivers
flow and the grass grows on miskanahkministik and are as follows:
4.5 THAT: For Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s),
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part
of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real
or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs
and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, to Their rights under Their Customs, Laws, or Standing as Sovereigns to Their
Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security
of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.6 THAT: For Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure
and uphold the Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever
if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada
interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, or
Her Majesty’s Subjects as they are to freely travel down the same river, the Indigenous People in their canoes, Her
Majesty’s Subjects in their boats, and are not to molest, harm or interfere with the other peoples’ customs, laws,
or modes of life; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any
Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting
under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines
and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.7 THAT: For Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure
and uphold the Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever
if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada
molest, injure, or interfere, in the customs, laws or chosen modes of life, of anyone and all of the Indigenous People on
miskanahkministik; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any
Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting
under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines
and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.8 THAT: For Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure
and uphold the Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever
if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada,
interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, if
ever whenever upon any pretense or color of any right or interest by pretense of any debt, or pretended debt or upon any bond,
bill, note promise or contract whatsoever occupy or settle on any one or all of the Titled: Territories of the Indigenous
People on miskanahkministik; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance
in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer
acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.9 THAT: For Peace to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People
on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure
and uphold the Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever
if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada,
interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, if
ever whenever take, seize or distrain, for any matter or cause whatsoever and distress or sale, under or by virtue of any
process whatsoever, upon any pretense or color of any right or interest by pretense of any debt, or pretended debt or upon
any bond, bill, note, promise or contract whatsoever, the property purchased or acquired or in the possession of anyone or
all of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and
the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s
Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People
and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.10 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as They by Their choice, shall
decide whenever if ever and with whom they will conduct trade and commerce with on miskanahkministik; and shall in all cases,
the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty,
Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for
the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s
Court;
4.11 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as They by Their choice, shall
decide whenever if ever and with whom they will conduct trade and commerce with on Their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik;
and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to
be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority,
and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion
of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.12 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, upon any pretense or color of
any right or interest by pretense of any note, promise or contract whatsoever interfere with any and all wildlife on land,
in the air and of the waters on miskanahkministik for the exclusive use, benefit and sustenance for any one and all of the
Indigenous People on miskanahkministik; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security
of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.13 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, if ever whenever upon any pretense
or color of any right or interest by pretense of any debt, or pretended debt or upon any bond, bill, note promise or contract
whatsoever of any forced compliances or forced involvement of anyone and all of the Indigenous people on miskanahkministik
of any conflict or war BETWEEN: Her Majesty -and- any other people; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form
is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors,
or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the
molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.14 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik in the unmolested possession and enjoyment of the lands
and other property, in their use or occupation; and by Their customs, is held in Trust, for Their exclusive benefit and use
as the Titled: Future Generations; and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of
Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.15 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, upon any pretense or upon any terms whatsoever, purchase
or lease or make any contract, for or concerning the sale, or in any manner, give, sell, demise, convey or otherwise dispose
or offer so to do, or shall enter on, or take possession of, or settle on, by pretense or colour of any right, or interest
in consequence of any such purchase or contract made or to be made with any one of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik,
or any People inter-married with any Indigenous People on miskanahkministik of the lands and other property in their use or
occupation and by their customs is held in Trust for their Hers and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, shall, in every
such case be absolutely void, and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance
in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer
acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.16 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, upon any pretense, under or by virtue, of any process,
for any matter or cause whatsoever, to take, seize or distrain, any articles, property, in the possession, or control, of
anyone or all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik,, or
any People inter-married with any Indigenous People on miskanahkministik and by Their custom is held in Trust for Their Heirs
and Successors as Titled: Future Generations shall, in every such case be absolutely void and, shall in all cases, the license
in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs

and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, upon any pretense, who attempt to obtain, or obtain,
any judgment, for any debt, or purported debt, or upon any bill, note, promise or contract whatsoever against anyone or all
of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married
with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, shall, in every such case be absolutely void and, shall in all cases,
the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty,
Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for
the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s
Court;
4.18 THAT: For Peace
to keep secure, the mutual benefit for Trade and Commerce with the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik. Anyone and all
of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms
of the Titled: Peace and Friendship, as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, upon any pretense of any debt, or purported debt, or
upon any bill, note, promise or contract whatsoever, shall levy taxes or assessments upon any lands, articles or property
belonging to or in the possession of anyone and all of the Indigenous People,
Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any Indigenous
People on miskanahkministik, and by their custom, held in Trust for their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations,
shall in every such case be absolutely void, and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the
Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s
Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People
and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court;
4.19 THAT: For Peace

of Her Majesty’s Titled Officer(s), in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms

Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone
and all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People
inter-married with any of the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, upon any pretense to settle, reside upon or occupy,
trespass, cut and remove any trees, shrubs, plants or remove soil or damage any lands or roads or allowances for roads running
through any lands belonging to or occupied by anyone or all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled:
Future Generations on miskanahkministik, or any People inter-married with any Indigenous People on miskanahkministik, and
that all leases, contracts, and agreements made or to be made, purporting to have been made, with anyone or all of the Indigenous
People, or any People inter-married with any Indigenous People, whereby Her Majesty's Subjects or any person real or otherwise
in any manner or form of Titled: Canada shall be permitted to reside upon such lands, shall in every such case be absolutely
void, and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form
is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority,
and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion
of Her Majesty’s Court;
Part 5 Enforcement for Numbered Treaties
5.1
Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer(s) are bound by their sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty
and for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are to obey and uphold anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Orders of Royal
Instructions, and as Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada are bound under Trust Indenture Certificate as Her Majesty’s
Fiduciary Trustee, to ensure and uphold the General Agreements and Terms of the Master Agreement made with anyone and all
of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as the Titled: Future Generations as the beneficiaries of the Trust.
5.2
Part 5 is the Enforcement for the General Agreements and Terms, for Part 3 Titled: Numbered Treaties and is part of
the Master Agreement and is separate from and is not to affect or be affected by Part 4 the Enforcement for the General Agreements
and Terms of Part 2 Titled: Peace and Friendship for the Master Agreement
5.3
With respect to the Sovereign-to-Sovereign Agreements and Terms BETWEEN assini watchi neiyawak, Their Heirs and Successors
-and- Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, by adhesion dated on the 18th day of September 1878 for the Master
Agreement, warranted and insured by Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee,
under Trust Indenture certificate # 00835 dated on the 2nd day of April, 1879 for the beneficiaries to the Trust
the assini watchi neiyawak, Their Heirs and Successors as beneficiaries of the Trust
5.4
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as beneficiaries to the Trust upon any pretense or color of any right
or interest by pretense of any debt, or pretended debt or upon any bond, bill, note promise or contract whatsoever to molest
or interfere with anyone and or all of the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, from
Their rights under Their customs and laws and or standing as Indigenous People and or to their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik;
and shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to
be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority,
and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion
of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.5
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as beneficiaries to the Trust upon any pretense molest or interfere with
Her Majesty’s promises, assurances, Agreements and Terms of the Titled: Numbered
Treaties as standing offers made to the Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik,
who shall by their choice, decide whenever if ever, to entrust their Titled: Territory on miskanahkministik, to Her Majesty;
shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be
forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority,
and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion
of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.6
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, interfere or molest anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, as beneficiaries to the Trust upon any pretense whatsoever molest or interfere
with anyone and or all of the Indigenous People, to Their exclusive benefit and use as the named beneficiaries for Their Titled:
Trust Territory on miskanahkministik to stand unchanging and last for as long as the sun shines, the rivers flow and the grass
grows on miskanahkministik; shall in all cases, the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance
in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer
acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.7
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever to conduct any and all development,
molest or interfere with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous
People named as the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik shall in all cases; the license in
any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs
and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and
benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.8
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest by failure to obtain consent
of the Indigenous People, named as beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to any and all development of Their Titled: Trust
Territory on miskanahkministik; shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance
in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer
acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.9
THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada,
in any Titled form are to intervene, ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties,
as part of the Master Agreement with respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person
real or otherwise in any manner or form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere with any and
all proceeds held in Trust for the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as the beneficiaries of the Trust,
with respect to any and all development of Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik; shall in all cases; the license
in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs
and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and
benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.10 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere upon the request of anyone or all of the Indigenous
People named as beneficiaries for the Trust, with respect to any and all proceeds from any and all development, secured and
held for their exclusive use and benefit, from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the
license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty,
Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for
the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s
Court.
5.11 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere with any and all natural resources held in Trust,
with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust
Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance
in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer
acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.12 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest by failure to obtain consent of the Indigenous People, named as
beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to Their exclusive use and benefit of any and all natural resources, sold, harvested
or otherwise disposed of from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any
Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and
Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit
of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.13 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere with any and all proceeds held in Trust for the
exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as the beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to any and all natural
resources, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all
cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to
Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed
of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s
Court.
5.14 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere upon the request of anyone or all of the Indigenous
People named as beneficiaries for the Trust, with respect to any and all proceeds from any and all natural resources, sold,
harvested or otherwise disposed of, secured and held for their exclusive use and benefit, from Their Titled: Trust Territory,
on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any
Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting
under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines
and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.15 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere with, any and all wildlife, on land, in the air
and of the waters, on miskanahkministik, held in Trust with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of anyone and all of
the Indigenous People miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security
of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.16 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest by failure to obtain consent of the Indigenous People, named as
beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to Their exclusive use and benefit of any and all wildlife, on land, in the air and
of the waters that are sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of, with respect to the exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous
People named as the beneficiaries for Their Titled: Trust Territory on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license
in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs
and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and
benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.17 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere with any and all proceeds held in Trust for the
exclusive use and benefit of the Indigenous People named as the beneficiaries of the Trust, with respect to any and all wildlife,
on land, in the air and of the waters, on miskanahkministik, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of, from Their Titled:
Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of
Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional
fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.18 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever molest and interfere upon the request of anyone or all of the Indigenous
People named as beneficiaries for the Trust, with respect to any and all proceeds from any and all wildlife, on land, in the
air and of the waters, on miskanahkministik, sold, harvested or otherwise disposed of, secured and held for Their exclusive
use and benefit, from Their Titled: Trust Territory, on miskanahkministik, shall in all cases; the license in any Titled Form
is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors,
or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for the use and benefit of the
molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s Court.
5.19 THAT: Anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Officer(s) of Titled: Canada, in any Titled form are to intervene,
ensure and uphold the Agreements and Terms of Part 3 of the Titled: Numbered Treaties, as part of the Master Agreement with
respect to whenever if ever anyone and all of Her Majesty’s Subjects or any person real or otherwise in any manner or
form of Titled: Canada, upon any pretense whatsoever interfere or molest with anyone and all of the Indigenous People, Their
Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations on miskanahkministik named as beneficiaries to the Trust that are to receive
equally the following:
(a) Five dollars yearly;
(b) Twine for nets;
(c) Ammunition;
(d) Medicine Chest (all
medical services to be supplied free of charge, including but not limited to dental care, drug prescriptions, hospital and
medical care, optometrist, etc.);
(e) Provision for
free education;
(f) Schools;
(g) Aid and assistance
for chosen mode of life, agriculture and livestock;
(h) The Indigenous
People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, by their choice, whenever if ever, can occupy or take possession
of, any unoccupied lands, as a group and or individually, for their exclusive use and benefit;
(i) The
Indigenous People, Their Heirs and Successors as Titled: Future Generations, by their choice, whenever if ever, can occupy
or take possession, of any and all occupied land by agreement of compensation for any and all development made by the occupier;
shall in all cases; the
license in any Titled Form is to be void and the Security of Insurance in any Titled Form is to be forfeited to Her Majesty,
Her Heirs and Successors, or to Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer acting under Her authority, and to be disposed of for
the use and benefit of the molested Indigenous People and additional fines and imprisonment by discretion of Her Majesty’s
Court.
Part 6 Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officers
In accordance with Part 2 and Part
3 of the General Agreements and Terms for the Master Agreement the following to apply with respect to anyone and all of Her
Majesty’s Titled: Officers and Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada on miskanahkministik:
6.1
Only sentient human beings bound by sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, Her Heirs and Successors
are to be appointed to any position and to act for and on behalf of Her Majesty in any capacity as Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officer;
6.2
Only Her Majesty’s Titled: Officers are to be appointed to any position, as Her Majesty’s Officer of Titled:
Canada to act in capacity as Her Majesty’s Titled: JUDGES, COMMISSIONERS, JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND OTHER NECESSARY
OFFICERS (INCLUDING DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICERS), and MINISTERS, as may be lawfully constituted or appointed by Her Majesty;
6.3
With respect to Her Majesty and colin, as Signatory to the Master Agreement Her Majesty’s Titled: Officers and
Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada for Her Majesty’s Honour and Dignity are bound by their sworn oath to
obey and uphold Her Majesty’s standing orders of Royal Instructions and to fulfill as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary
Trustee any and all of Her Majesty’s promises and assurances agreements and terms of the Master Agreement made to the
assini watchi neiyawak, Their Heirs and Successors by adhesion dated on the 18th day of September 1878 insured
and warranted by Her Majesty’s Officers of Titled: Canada under Trust Indenture Certificate No. 00835 dated on the 2nd
day of April 1879.
Part 7 Her Majesty’s Titled:
Officers and Her Majesty’s Officers of
Titled: Canada in Breach of the Master Agreement
7.1
Any one or all of Her Majesty’s Titled: Officer or Her Majesty’s Officer of Titled: Canada that fail /
refuse to obey or uphold Her Majesty’s Orders Of Royal Instruction for the Master Agreement or upon any Oath or make
any Declaration or Acknowledgment of Allegiance, Obedience, or Adherence to any Foreign Prince or Power, or shall do, concur
in, or adopt any Act whereby or upon any pretence may become any person real or otherwise in any manner or form a Subject
or Citizen of any Foreign State or Power, or whereby may become entitled to the Rights, Privileges, or Immunities of a Subject
or Citizen of any Foreign State or Power shall be removed from their titled position and in every such case be deemed guilty
and shall be punished by fine and imprisonment, within Her Majesty’s Court that has exclusive subject matter jurisdiction
over actions for:
(a) Breach
of Trust in forfeiture for the Trust Indenture Certificates;
(b) Derelict
in the performance of duties as Her Majesty’s Fiduciary Trustee for the Indigenous People on miskanahkministik;
(c) Breach
of sworn oath of allegiance to Her Majesty, committing acts of Treason against Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors.
Part 8 Amendment of Master Agreement
8.1
We the Heirs and Successors of the assini watchi neiyawak place our Mark and Seal as Signatories to the Agreements
and Terms herein for the Master Agreement.
8.2
The Signatory colin reserves the right to amend or add to the Memorandum of Agreement for the Master Agreement.
